The Transfer Pricing regulations were introduced in India about a decade ago. In this period, the pace of reforms had never been as dynamic as the last one year. With retrospective clarifications, expansion of scope of transfer pricing to domestic companies, and introduction of safe harbours and Advance Pricing Agreements mechanism, taxpayers needed to re-evaluate their transfer pricing positions. Against this backdrop, PHD Chambers arranged a one day conference to discuss the various related issues of Transfer Pricing.
